Learn What’s Working in
Top Firms

Invitation-only conversations that deliver insights and fresh thinking for law-firm & professional firm leaders.

The firms that outpace their peers are not guessing about leadership. They’re seeing patterns early, naming what’s changing, and investing in the conversations that create clarity and momentum before urgency sets the agenda.

Our Executive Forums bring together a small group of senior leaders and attorneys for a confidential, curated conversation about what top firms are focused on right now, what is costing time, trust, and traction, and what is proving most effective in complex partnership environments.

What You’ll Experience

Lochran Executive Forums take place in a protected, facilitated space where the standard is respect, insight, and growth. These are small-group conversations -- Chatham House Rules --  to discuss an identified topic, evaluate practical models and approaches, and answer questions of the facilitators and the participants. Common outcomes include sharper insight into emerging leadership trends, common (and uncommon!) challenges and practical approaches that strengthen cohesion and improve decision quality under pressure.

How We Protect the Conversation

Our Forums are small and curated to protect confidentiality, ensure senior-level relevance, and maintain a standard of dialogue that is honest, thoughtful, and useful, especially in a profession where discretion and credibility matter.

Who This Will Best Serve

These forums are designed for senior leaders and attorneys who carry real responsibility for leadership outcomes, including:

▶︎▶︎ Managing Partners, Chairs, COOs, and Chiefs, Directors  (Talent, People, Operations)

▶︎▶︎ Practice Group Leaders and co-leaders of major functions or regions

▶︎▶︎ Senior partners and rising leaders with visible influence and growing scope
