Meet Dana Campbell
At WorkDana Campbell is an executive and team coach, leadership advisor, and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change. She works with CEOs, senior executives, and leadership teams to strengthen the trust, alignment, decision-making, and enterprise leadership required to lead through complexity and turn ambitious strategies into results. Her clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies to high-growth startups, including Amazon, Airbnb, Universal Music Group, Maven Clinic, and Capsule.
Dana began her career writing code and later led large-scale transformation initiatives at Accenture. That experience continues to shape her work today: she brings the analytical rigor of a strategist together with a deep understanding of the human dynamics that determine whether leaders, teams, and organizations can actually change.
Dana is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a certified Leadership Circle Profile practitioner, and an experienced mindfulness and yoga teacher.
Off The ClockI’m a former marathoner, longtime yoga teacher, enthusiastic traveler, and mom to a very energetic four-year-old, possibly my best training yet in adaptability and letting go of control.
I’m happiest exploring a new city, wandering through a great bookstore, finding a restaurant worth planning a trip around, or escaping upstate with my family. I love a good novel, a hard workout, and the rare morning when no one needs anything from me.
Mostly, I’m endlessly curious about people: what makes us tick, what gets us stuck, and what helps us change.
