Descriptions of our Services on this Site are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute an offer or guarantee of engagement.Executive coaching, leadership advisory, assessments, programs, workshops, facilitation, and other professional services may be governed by a separate proposal, engagement agreement, statement of work, registration terms, or other written agreement.Where there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the terms of a separately executed agreement with Lochran Leadership, the separately executed agreement will govern with respect to that engagement.
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Fees, payment schedules, cancellation provisions, rescheduling terms, and refund policies for professional engagements, programs, workshops, events, or other paid Services will be set out in the applicable proposal, engagement agreement, invoice, registration terms, or other written agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this Site, including text, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, branding, downloadable resources, program materials, assessments created by Lochran Leadership, photographs, videos, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Lochran Leadership Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You may access and use Site content for your own personal or internal professional use.
