Meet Jac McNeil

At Work

Jac McNeil founded Lochran Leadership on a firm belief: leadership is deeply human and profoundly consequential. For more than 25 years, she has partnered with senior executives, C-suite leaders, and leadership teams to strengthen how they lead in complex, high-stakes environments, especially inside global law firms where pressure is constant and trust is a measurable asset.

Jac is known for her rare combination of warmth and precision; she earns trust quickly through depth, discernment, and honest observation. Her work helps leaders see themselves more accurately, and make choices that improve execution, and culture, not just in the moment, but in the way the organization functions over time.

As one of a small percentage of coaches worldwide to hold the International Coaching Federation’s Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, Jac brings depth of mastery and a track record of outcomes leaders can feel and teams can point to. She integrates leadership science with human insight, helping leaders expand strategic clarity, emotional intelligence, and sustainable performance under real constraints.

Her approach is evidence-informed and deeply practical, blending robust assessments such as the Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 and the Integrative Enneagram iEQ9 with high-impact coaching methods that translate into behavior change. The result is not “better intentions,” but better leadership: clearer direction, stronger trust, healthier conflict, and more consistent follow-through.

Clients describe Jac as candid, steady, and deeply attuned. They come to her when the cost of misalignment is high, and when they need leadership growth that is both human and measurable, lasting well beyond the engagement.

Off The Clock

I never expected to fall in love with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in my fifties, but here we are. People often ask me why I do it. It's rough, physically demanding, and not always kind to the body. I came for the challenge, but I stay because of the people. It's an incredible community to be part of.

After more than 20 years of training in Muay Thai, I'm thrilled to have found a new adventure that will keep me learning, laughing, and hopefully healthy for years to come.

I have also discovered my inner artist and spend many of my weekends painting on large canvases.

Being in my fifties is the most fun I’ve ever had, and traveling the world with my partner, Dylan, is a big part of that.

And while I've had the privilege of coaching extraordinary leaders around the world, my favourite role will always be being a mom to my two daughters and stepmom to two more amazing kiddos.
